Why I Teach Yoga
Yoga isn’t just about fancy poses for me. It’s how I deal with the madness of everyday life - too much screen time, stiff necks, and that constant mental noise. I use movement as medicine, and I want you to feel that too. If you’re anxious, lonely, or just feeling blah, getting on the mat can flip your mood. We’re not just working out bodies here - we’re lifting spirits.
My Style: Apna Time, Apna Flow
I keep things real and fun. No judgment, no pressure. It’s your apna time (your own time) to move, breathe, and maybe even laugh. Expect dynamic flows, mindful breathing techniques, and music that makes you want to stay. Yoga with me is more celebration, less chore.

Hey, I’m Malvika and Cut The Fat is my madhouse. Picture this: a party where you sweat, laugh, and sometimes end up as a kid’s art project (true story, my chipmunks love doodling on me). I’m all about movement that heals—not just the body but the heavy bits in your head and heart too. Drama? That’s me. Peace? Yoga. Balanced disaster? For sure. Just come as you are, and let’s dance it out.
