This is a look at a personal practice at home, moving through a flow of asanas including Ustrasana (Camel Pose) and a lunge variation. A consistent self-practice is key to maintaining your own health and energy as a teacher.

Here I am practicing Vrikshasana, or Tree Pose, by the sea. This grounding posture is wonderful for improving balance, strengthening the legs, and enhancing focus. The sound of the waves adds a natural element of peace.

About Additional Work & Poses

In my practice, I often use simple props like a chair, a block, or even a dupatta to make asanas accessible. Yoga is not about forcing your body into a difficult pose, but finding the right modification so you can feel the benefits safely, regardless of your current flexibility or health condition.
