I was honored to receive the Women Excellence Award in 2023. In my acceptance speech, I shared my passion for teaching yoga and helping people heal from their problems. This award is a recognition of the work I have been doing for over 8 years.
This award from the "Ear to Hear" initiative is very special to me. It acknowledges my contribution as a regional influencer for women's empowerment and mental health. I am thankful for the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful cause.

About Awards & Recognition
These recognitions, like the Women Excellence Award, mean a lot, but they are not just for me. They represent the hundreds of students in Kurla and Chembur who have trusted me with their health. Whether it is PCOD management, prenatal care, or simple stress relief, my goal remains the same: bringing 'sukh shanti' (peace and happiness) into your daily routine.
Winning the Women Excellence Award 2023 and being recognized by the 'Ear to Hear' social initiative for mental health awareness were proud moments. But the real 'award' for me is watching a student who struggled with severe back pain finally move with ease, or helping a new mom navigate her prenatal journey safely.
My approach is 'sahaj, saral, prabhavshali' (easy, simple, effective). It is not about performing fancy poses that look good on social media. It is about using yoga as a therapy to solve real issues—like diabetes, migraine, or acidity. When you join my session, you get over 20 years of naturopathy and yoga experience. We use props, we provide manual adjustments for your specific limitations, and we focus on sustainable results.
I believe that yoga is a 'jeevan shaili' (lifestyle), not just a morning routine.
