I design sessions for those with severe mobility challenges, including bed-bound clients, helping them find strength and take their first steps again. This is the power of therapeutic yoga.

I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their physical condition. Here, I am working with a client on their journey of recovery from paralysis. Using adaptive techniques and props like a simple chair, we focus on rebuilding strength, improving motor skills, and restoring confidence, one gentle movement at a time.

My prenatal yoga sessions are designed to support mothers through every stage of their pregnancy. This video shows safe and gentle exercises for the third trimester, helping to ease common discomforts like pelvic pain and sciatica. My goal is to prepare your body for a positive birth experience and help you connect with your baby.

Jalneti is an ancient yogic cleansing technique that I teach to help with respiratory health. In this demonstration, I show how to use a neti pot to clear the nasal passages. This kriya is incredibly effective for relieving sinus problems, allergies, and removing accumulated mucus, promoting clearer breathing.

Many people focus on "weight loss," but I teach the importance of "fat loss." Quick weight loss often reduces muscle and bone density, which is not healthy long-term.
