Why I Teach Yoga

Yoga, for me, is about tuning in, not showing off. I’ve pushed myself too far before and learned the hard way that slow and steady really works. Now, I focus on helping you listen to your body, not just nail the pose. Sab kuch dheere dheere hota hai yaar (everything happens slowly, friend) - real progress comes with patience.

How We Practice

  • I offer one-on-one sessions for those who want something personal, with props like yoga wheels, blocks, or chairs for safe exploration. This can be at home, online, or in a studio.
  • Group classes are full of positive energy. I teach Hot Yoga, Animal Flow, and Acro Yoga at studios across Mumbai.
  • If you’re busy or not in Mumbai, online coaching is there too.

My Story

Hey, I’m Samarth Jani. Been on this yoga ride for 12+ years, but trust me, it wasn’t all smooth. Got caught up chasing ‘fitness’ once, overdid it, crashed hard. Doc said—no workouts for 6 months. That break? Humbled me. Now, I listen to my body, practice with respect. Off the mat, you’ll catch me jamming kirtans on my guitar or geeking out on Tarot and Astrology. Yoga, music, cards—sab mile hua hai (it’s all connected). And yeah, AI art’s my guilty pleasure.

Flexible Sessions - Online or offline, solo or group, I guide you at your pace. Jeans or no jeans, yoga can happen anywhere.
