Why I Teach Yoga
Yoga, for me, is about tuning in, not showing off. I’ve pushed myself too far before and learned the hard way that slow and steady really works. Now, I focus on helping you listen to your body, not just nail the pose. Sab kuch dheere dheere hota hai yaar (everything happens slowly, friend) - real progress comes with patience.
How We Practice
- I offer one-on-one sessions for those who want something personal, with props like yoga wheels, blocks, or chairs for safe exploration. This can be at home, online, or in a studio.
- Group classes are full of positive energy. I teach Hot Yoga, Animal Flow, and Acro Yoga at studios across Mumbai.
- If you’re busy or not in Mumbai, online coaching is there too.
