My Approach to Fitness

Yoga is not just about flexibility. For me, it is a way to fix the lifestyle issues that lead to weight gain. When I teach, I focus on the 'why' behind the movement. We do not just do poses. We work on building muscle, improving digestion, and balancing hormones.
