My Story
Hari Om, I’m Kriti. I quit my job to teach yoga, and trust me, the first couple years were rough – two students, living on savings, counting every rupee. But it taught me how little I need to be happy. Yoga isn’t just poses for me; it’s how I live, how I deal with chaos, set boundaries, and keep learning. Off the mat, you’ll probably find me on my bike – road therapy is my thing. Facing Ladakh’s wild roads, that’s another kind of meditation. It’s all about staying present and finding peace.

My Yoga Services - I teach online group classes, 1:1 coaching, yoga therapy for anxiety, weight loss, and pre & post natal yoga.
