About Group Yoga Classes
People often worry they aren't flexible enough to start, but that is exactly why you should join. My classes are a judgment-free zone where we follow a 'sab apna time pe' (everyone at their own pace) approach, meaning you never have to stress about keeping up. I guide you through Hatha-Vinyasa flows, offering modifications so you can safely listen to your body while soaking up the energy of our community.
Your Community Fitness Journey
When we practice together, the energy is just different. These group sessions are designed to move you beyond just the physical poses. We focus on building a sustainable habit, which is why I always tell my students to give themselves three months to really feel the difference. Whether you are a complete beginner or someone who has been practicing for years, you will find your place here.
What to Expect in Each Batch
- Format: We meet for 12 sessions each month. These are small group settings, usually 10 to 15 people, which allows me to provide personal attention even within a community environment.
- The Flow: We blend Hatha and Vinyasa styles. This helps you build both flexibility and endurance. I count out the beats to keep things rhythmic and fun, so you stay motivated throughout the practice.
- The Vibe: We host these in North Bengaluru community parks and clubhouses, like at Bhartiya City. It is a breath of fresh air—literally. You get the benefits of an outdoor workout, meeting neighbors, and enjoying that shared motivation.
