Join our community at our Andheri West shala, where we move and breathe together. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, our Hatha and Ashtanga flows help you build strength, flexibility, and a real sense of connection.

A look at the dynamic flow in our general yoga classes. We move through sequences that build heat and strength, including variations of Chaturanga, Urdhva Mukha Svanasana, and Adho Mukha Svanasana.

The power of practicing together in our morning class. Here, our tribe moves through Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I), building strength and stability in unison.

Students finding length and openness in Trikonasana (Triangle Pose). We focus on proper alignment, using props like blocks to ensure the pose is accessible and beneficial for everyone.

A group flowing through Utthita Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle Pose), a powerful standing posture that strengthens the legs and opens the side body.

Exploring twists in Parivrtta Anjaneyasana (Revolved Crescent Lunge). This pose challenges balance while detoxifying the body and improving spinal mobility.

Building confidence and strength with inversions. This video shows our students exploring different leg variations in Sirsasana (Headstand), trusting their foundation and enjoying the process.

In forward bends like Paschimottanasana, we practice *Vairagya Bhava*, the feeling of letting go. It's a surrender of the ego that helps us grow stronger both on and off the mat.

Aligning breath with movement in Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation). This foundational sequence is a complete practice in itself, warming up the entire body and calming the mind.

Strengthening the posterior chain with Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose). This backbend is excellent for opening the chest and improving spinal flexibility.

Deepening the stretch in Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend). This pose calms the brain and helps relieve stress while stretching the spine and hamstrings.

About Group Asana Practice: Strength in Unity

We keep our group sessions intimate because we believe yoga is about individual growth within a shared space. During every class, we actively use props like blocks, straps, and yoga wheels, ensuring that even if you are working with an old injury or limited mobility, you can safely participate in every flow without feeling left behind.
