Group Yoga Classes at Svādhyāya
Step into our light-filled shala to move, breathe, and grow. Our group sessions offer a space to reset, whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your practice.
Spreading our wings together in the studio. This is what a morning Vinyasa flow feels like, moving in sync with the rhythm of our collective breath.
A moment of shared focus as we raise our arms, connecting breath with movement. The energy in the room during a group class is truly something special.
Sun's out, flow's on. Starting the day with Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) is a beautiful way to awaken the body and center the mind.
In my classes, we find unity in our diversity. Here, students of all levels explore a wide-legged forward bend, each at their own pace.
A glimpse into the dynamic energy of our Hatha Vinyasa class. We build heat, challenge our limits, and find our flow as a community.
Breathe through the chaos and let calm be your guide. In our group sessions, we learn to hold poses with strength and find stillness together.
The perfect way to start the day is with Surya Namaskars. Feel the energy build as we flow through this timeless sequence together.

From standing poses to final rest, every class is a complete journey. Here we are moving through a sequence before settling into a well-deserved Savasana.
Finding grounding and strength in Malasana (Garland Pose). It’s a powerful moment when the entire class sinks into the pose together.
About Our Group Classes: The Svādhyāya Vibe
I keep our group batches small, capping them at 8 to 15 students. This ensures that you aren't just a face in the crowd but someone I can personally guide. You get manual alignment corrections during Hatha or Ashtanga sessions, which helps you safely explore your range of motion without feeling lost in the back of the room.
At Svādhyāya, our group classes are a mix of movement, breath, and a little bit of quiet that lets you tune into your own vibe. Whether it is a Hatha class focusing on alignment or an Ashtanga Vinyasa flow to build heat, the goal is always mindful practice rather than chasing flexible poses. We use high-density props like cork blocks, straps, and yoga wheels, which I encourage you to use—not as shortcuts, but as tools to help you find stability in your asanas.
We practice in an air-conditioned, soundproofed studio with hardwood flooring, creating a sanctuary away from the city noise. Every session includes pranayama to ground you and ends with a proper savasana, often accompanied by a sound bath with singing bowls to help you reset. If your body resists a pose, or if your mind wanders, that is perfectly normal—chalta hai. We are here to support that journey, not to demand perfection. You will find students of all levels in my batches, and that collective energy is what makes our community so special. Come join us to see how we balance effort with ease.
