About Class Information & Updates
I keep my group batches small so that every student receives dedicated guidance on their alignment and breathing. Before you book, I recommend checking the current schedule below to see which level, from beginner to advanced, best fits your goals and availability.
My classes are designed to fit your life, not the other way around. If you are joining me at my Santacruz West studio, you will find a welcoming space dedicated to mindful movement. For those who prefer the comfort of home, I offer live online sessions where I guide you through Asanas and Pranayama with the same level of care.
Batch Options
- Kids & Teens: My batches for younger students focus on playful, neuro-inclusive movement. We use games and storytelling to help kids build focus, posture, and confidence.
- Adults (Beginner to Advanced): Whether you are just starting or want to master inversions, these sessions are structured to help you grow. We focus on consistency and alignment rather than performance.
- Prenatal & Postnatal: These gentle sessions prioritize safety, pelvic floor strength, and breathwork to support your body through pregnancy and recovery.
Private & Specialized Training
If you have a specific injury, require rehab, or simply want undivided attention, we can set up a private 1-on-1 session. These are fully customized and can be held online or in the studio.
Upcoming Workshops
Check back here for updates on weekend wellness workshops. These 75-90 minute deep dives cover niche topics like Face Yoga, Himalayan Sound Healing, and prop-intensive training. These workshops are a great way to add something new to your practice without a long-term commitment.
