This is the first part of our partner yoga series, demonstrating how to combine strength and trust in every stretch. It's a fun way to connect and grow together.

About this collection
When you join my prenatal or partner sessions, we start with a check-in to understand your specific comfort levels, pregnancy trimester, or experience with movement. This is not a generic class where you follow along blindly; it is an interactive space where I guide you through precise modifications so you can move safely, knowing exactly which movements support your body and which ones to avoid.
Yoga for Connection and Growth
Yoga is often seen as a solo journey, but many of the most profound realizations happen when we share the space with others. At Samana Yog, I create environments where the focus shifts from self-performance to mutual support and discovery.
Partner & Acro Yoga
Partner yoga is a practice of communication without words. Whether you are coming with a friend or a partner, we use poses to build trust, stability, and balance. Acro yoga is particularly popular in my workshops for its playful nature. It teaches you to hold space for someone else while finding your own groundedness. It is about learning to lift each other up, both literally and figuratively.
Prenatal Yoga
Pregnancy is a time of incredible change, and your body deserves a practice that honors that transition. My prenatal sessions are designed to create a supportive environment where you can alleviate back pain, improve blood circulation, and prepare your body for childbirth. We focus on gentle, safe postures that respect your current energy levels, ensuring you feel strong and cared for throughout your journey to motherhood.
Kids Yoga
Children carry a lot of energy, and my goal is to give them tools to channel it into focus and body awareness. We skip the rigid rules and instead use mindful games, storytelling, and simple breathing techniques. It is about planting the seeds of mindfulness early, so they learn how to calm their own minds and feel comfortable in their bodies, setting a foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
Whether you are looking for in-person group sessions in Bengaluru or private guidance, I ensure every class is tailored to the specific needs of the group. We prioritize safety and connection above everything else.

I am Sreya. I started Samana Yog because I believe healing is better when we do it together. I love creating spaces where people, whether it is couples trying Acro yoga or moms-to-be, can let their guard down and just feel connected to themselves and each other.
