About My Personal Practice & Journey
Yoga is not just something you do on a mat for an hour. It shows up when I am picking up groceries, tying my shoes, or finding focus on a busy day. I use simple props like blocks and walls at home to deepen my stretches and correct my alignment, proving that you do not need a fancy studio to build a consistent, healthy practice.
My personal practice is less about perfecting a pose and more about the feeling of being present. You will often find me using blocks or the wall to support my backbends in Chakrasana, which helps me safely explore spinal flexibility without strain. It is a practical approach designed to keep my body mobile and my mind steady, regardless of the setting.
Whether I am transitioning through a Gomukhasana or challenging my balance in a Toe Stand, I focus on the subtle movements and breath control that make the difference. Some mornings are for quiet reflection at a retreat, and other days are about sneaking in a quick flow at home.
This journey includes everything from Hatha-based asanas to the subtle vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls. I believe in showing up, rain or shine. If you are looking to build a habit that lasts, remember that consistency always beats perfection. My goal is to help you find that same rhythm in your own life, moving with intention whether you are a beginner or looking to advance your training.
