Joining Our Yoga Family
Yoga is a journey, not a race. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen your practice with Iyengar-style alignment, our classes are designed to help you move at your own pace.
Our Schedule We run sessions Monday through Saturday. Our morning batches start at 6 AM, 7 AM, and 9:30 AM, while evening batches are scheduled at 4 PM (ladies only), 6 PM, and 7 PM. If you are joining us online, you are essentially plugging into a live feed from our Mumbai studio, which means you get the same feedback and guidance as the students standing on the mat right in front of me.
The Hybrid Experience Our studio in Santacruz West is a space for everyone—from those recovering from orthopedic issues to kids and expectant mothers. We keep the groups small enough that I can personally monitor your alignment. If you join online, we use a fixed front-view camera, and I provide verbal corrections to ensure your posture remains safe and effective.
