Sharing "Yoga Sankalpa" was an incredible journey that allowed me to bring traditional Hatha yoga into living rooms, focusing on proper alignment—the same focus I bring to my studio in Nagarbhavi. Television is great for inspiration, but yoga is a practice of personal experience.
