- Mode: Simultaneous Hybrid Access. Attend physically at Naagarabhaavi studio or login via Zoom/Google Meet.

- Batch Selection: Fixed slots required (Morning 6-10 AM or Evening 5-8 PM).
Studio Infrastructure (Offline)
- Flooring: Traditional terracotta tiles (hard surface requiring thick mats).
- Environment: Natural ventilation with wall fans (Non-AC) for natural detoxification.
- Equipment: Shared access to wooden blocks and cotton straps for alignment.

At Yoga Bimba, I believe in abhyasa (practice), arogya (health), and ananda (bliss). Showing up on the mat is where it all begins, whether you’re a total newbie or someone looking to deepen your practice. Watching students hit milestones, like a 55-year-old nailing her first chakrasana or a new mom having a smooth delivery, makes my day.
What You’ll Get
Yoga here isn’t just about twisting into knots. My classes are rooted in traditional Hatha yoga alignment techniques, with a real focus on getting your posture and breath right. We work on asanas, pranayama, and meditation, aiming to calm both body and mind. You’ll find the hardest part to shift isn’t your muscles—it’s your brain! But we tackle it all.
How We Roll
I offer online yoga class for beginners, in-person group sessions at my Nagarbhavi studio, and hybrid formats for folks joining from across the world. If you want personal attention, you can opt for one-on-one sessions with a personal yoga trainer in Bangalore.

My Story
Namaskara! We’re Yoga Bimba, started by me, Nayana, in a tiny shala with just three folks back in 2013. Now, it’s a wild mix - sunrise treks, festival celebrations, and even marathons. My guru Sri Bharath Shetty’s words still guide us. Some students turned teachers here, so it’s become a real tribe. Our mantra is simple: Abyasa, Arogya, Ananda. You show up, you practice, you find your health and bliss. That’s how we roll.

For All Ages & Levels - Kids jumping, folks over 50 starting fresh, everyone’s welcome. Online or in-person, join from anywhere.
