Real yoga isn't about perfect lines, it is about showing up for yourself. Explore my approach to Hatha and Vinyasa flow through these sessions designed to build strength and mindfulness.

This is Camatkarasana, or Wild Thing. For me, it represents the beauty of finding strength and openness in unexpected ways. My practice is all about exploring what your body can do with mindful movement and a little bit of grace.

If you think you're "not flexible enough" for yoga, my classes are for you. Here I break down the Seated Forward Fold (Paschimottanasana) into four manageable steps, using props to help you find a comfortable and effective stretch without straining your back.

Building a strong core is central to my teaching. This is Boat Pose (Navasana), and as you can see, there are options for every level. We start where you are and build strength together, whether you're a complete beginner or looking to advance your practice.

Join me for a quick, gentle flow designed to release the tension of the day. My online classes are created so you can roll out your mat at home and find movement that feels good for your body and mind.

A question I get asked a lot is, "Can I do yoga if I'm not flexible?" The answer is always yes. Yoga isn't about touching your toes; it's about what you learn on the way down. We build flexibility together, one breath at a time.

Props are your best friends in yoga. Here are several ways to approach Malasana (Yogi Squat) using a block or a wall for support. My goal is to make every pose accessible, helping you find the right alignment for your unique body.

This is Natarajasana, or Dancer's Pose, at sunrise. It's a powerful reminder that yoga is a dance between effort and ease, stability and freedom. It’s a practice that helps us stand firm, even when life feels wobbly.

About Featured

Many people hesitate to start because they think they need to be flexible before they even sign up. In my classes, we use props like blocks and walls to ensure you are accessing the right muscles safely, rather than forcing your body into shapes it is not ready for yet. My focus is on healthy alignment and mindful movement, not aesthetics. If you have been putting off your practice, know that we start exactly where you are.
