Why I Do This
At Yoga Bimba, my approach is rooted in Abyasa, Arogya, Ananda - practice, health, and happiness. I've seen how yoga can become a real anchor for women, through every up and down. For me, it's not about being perfect at asanas, but about turning up, breathing, and feeling a little better each day.
What Makes These Sessions Different
I run a ladiesbatch - just women, no judgement, real stories. There’s always space to laugh, vent, maybe even cry a little. The focus is on building a tribe where everyone feels safe, especially for those who crave a women's only yoga class with true community vibes.
Programs I Offer
- Prenatal yoga for mothers-to-be: Classes cover garbhasamskara (passing positive vibes to your baby), gentle asanas for every trimester, breathing for birth, and connecting with your little one even before birth.
- Postnatal recovery yoga: Slow, steady moves to help you heal and regain strength. We talk about the messiness of 'momlife', not just the cute parts.
- Yoga for PCOS relief and hormonal balance: I use bandhas, mindful breathing, and simple daily habits to help manage PCOS and stress. It’s not a magic fix, but it does help.
How We Connect
You can join online from anywhere, or at my Nagarbhavi studio in Bengaluru. Mostly, just come as you are. Yoga Bimba is built for all stages, moods, and energy levels.

My Story
Namaskara! We’re Yoga Bimba, started by me, Nayana, in a tiny shala with just three folks back in 2013. Now, it’s a wild mix - sunrise treks, festival celebrations, and even marathons. My guru Sri Bharath Shetty’s words still guide us. Some students turned teachers here, so it’s become a real tribe. Our mantra is simple: Abyasa, Arogya, Ananda. You show up, you practice, you find your health and bliss. That’s how we roll.

For All Ages & Levels - Kids jumping, folks over 50 starting fresh, everyone’s welcome. Online or in-person, join from anywhere.
