Welcome to a glimpse of our world at Yoga Bimba. Whether it is our first asana on the mat or celebrating a long-term goal, these moments reflect the practice, health, and bliss we cultivate together in every session.

It fills my heart with so much joy to see my students achieve their goals. This wonderful student, at 55 years young, performed her first Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) after just three months of systematic practice with me. This is proof that it is never too late to begin your yoga journey.

As a guru, my role is to guide you safely and help you discover your own potential. Here, I am providing hands-on assistance to a student in Shalabasana (Locust Pose), ensuring correct alignment to deepen the backbend and prevent injury. This personal attention is at the core of my teaching.

This is a glimpse into one of my online prenatal yoga classes. I help expecting mothers connect with their bodies and build strength and trust for a smooth delivery. It's a beautiful journey, and I am honored to guide these strong women from all over the world.

Finding balance with the sun and the sea. This is Svarga Dvijasana (Bird of Paradise Pose), a beautiful posture that requires focus and strength. For me, yoga is about finding these moments of magic and connection with nature, wherever you are.

A typical day of practice at my Nagarbhavi studio. You can see students of different levels moving together, focusing on their breath and alignment in Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge). The energy of a group practicing together is truly special.

What's the difference between the mood after a gym session and the mood after a yoga class? We made this fun video to show the ananda, or bliss, that you feel after a session. You are just one class away from a happy mood.

This student's journey to achieving Pashva Bakasana (Side Crow Pose) is a testament to her dedication. It took a year of consistent practice and trusting the process. This is what abhyasa (practice) is all about. Never give up.

The youngest members of our Yoga Bimba family are some of the most precious. It is a joy to see children like this little one embracing the path of yoga so early. She is proudly wearing her Yoga Bimba t-shirt on her way to the studio.

About Featured

Whether you visit us at our Nagarbhavi studio or join via Zoom, we prioritize traditional alignment and gentle corrections over forcing a perfect pose. My role is to help you find stability in your breath and body today, regardless of whether you are a complete beginner or returning to the mat after a long break.
