A moment from our YTTC closing ceremony. I am honoring a student with a traditional mala, celebrating his dedication and the completion of his journey with us.

The closing ceremony is a special time for all of us. Here, I am placing a garland on a graduating student, a gesture of respect and blessing for his future as a teacher.

A proud moment as our graduating students receive their certificates. This is a celebration of their hard work, transformation, and the beginning of their teaching journey.

My family and I sit before the students at the closing ceremony. Our school is a family, and we share these important moments with our students.

A group photo from our closing ceremony. The smiles on everyone's faces show the joy and sense of accomplishment after weeks of intensive training.

A video from our closing ceremony, a time of celebration and gratitude. This is not the end, but a new beginning for our students.

A vlog from Day 9 of our YTTC, showing a backbending class and a sweet celebration with the students. A typical day of practice, connection, and joy.

A vlog from our Sunday outing. We took our students for a traditional Garhwali meal, followed by meditation and dancing. It's important to experience the local culture.

A mini-vlog showing a day at our yoga school: a tough stretching class, our sound healing hall, and a delicious dinner of Mandua ki Roti. This is the life of a yoga student here.

A vlog from Day 4 of our YTTC. It shows a handstand class, my own self-practice, and a trip to the market with students. We live and breathe yoga together.

About The YTTC Experience: Our Yoga Family

Our training is an intensive residential immersion in Rishikesh, but we do not believe in forcing the body. We rely on the Iyengar method, using blocks, chairs, and belts to make even difficult asanas accessible for every student, regardless of your current flexibility or experience level.
