Join an immersive journey of self-discovery at our Bandra studio. Our Yoga Alliance certified course blends traditional Hatha and Vinyasa with practical teaching methods for real bodies.

This is your invitation to a journey of self-discovery. Our 200-hour course is more than a certification; it's a deep dive into the holistic practice of yoga, focusing on safe alignment, teaching methods, and finding your own voice.

We offer a comprehensive, Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour Teacher Training Course right here in our Bandra studio. This image shows one of our core principles: hands-on adjustments to ensure you understand alignment deeply and can teach it safely.

Yoga is a way of life, and our course is built on this philosophy. We explore the eight-fold path of Ashtanga, from social discipline (Yamas) to deep meditative awareness (Dhyana), so you can embody and teach yoga's timeless principles.

Whether you are just beginning your yoga journey or are an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice, you will find your place here. This is a glimpse into a pranayama (breathing exercise) session, a key part of our holistic curriculum.

In our intimate group settings, you receive the personalized attention needed to truly grow. From mastering challenging inversions with support to restorative poses and community circles, we are with you every step of the way.

We believe in making yoga accessible to every body. This video demonstrates how we teach Skandasana (a side lunge) using props like a chair for support, ensuring you learn modifications to practice and teach poses safely and effectively.

Why choose our TTC? We focus on what matters: experienced teachers, personalized attention in small groups, and a curriculum rooted in applied philosophy, anatomy, and biomechanics to make you a confident and knowledgeable teacher.

This course is an opportunity to restart your journey. We create a supportive space for you to connect with a like-minded community, dive deep into your practice, and emerge with a new sense of purpose and direction.

About Featured

We keep our groups small, usually around 10 students, so you get real hands-on adjustments and direct mentorship. You will learn how to use props like chairs, blocks, and straps to make yoga accessible for different bodies, not just the naturally flexible ones. This focus on practical anatomy ensures you leave with the skills to teach safely and confidently.
