Join a practice where tradition meets transformation. We focus on alignment, breath, and deep understanding over fancy poses. Whether you are a beginner or looking to teach, your journey starts here.

We believe in the path of consistent effort. Karma karte raho. In our teacher training, I provide hands-on support to help you safely explore your limits in advanced poses like this backbend, ensuring you understand the alignment not just in your body, but in your mind.

The Surya Namaskar B is meditation in motion. In our Ashtanga Vinyasa sessions, you will learn to link every movement to a breath, building internal heat and discipline. Here, we practice Utkatasana (Chair Pose) and Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I) with precise Sanskrit counting.

The journey of 200 or 300 hours culminates in this moment of joy and accomplishment. Here, our newly certified teachers celebrate their graduation by the Ganga in Rishikesh. This is more than a certificate; it is the beginning of a new path.

Yoga is not just asana; it is the stillness that follows. A core part of our training is dedicated to pranayama and meditation, teaching you to quiet the mind and connect with your inner self. This is where true transformation begins.

I break down even the most complex asanas, like Brahmacharyasana (Celibate's Pose), into simple, manageable steps. Using props like blocks, I will guide you step-by-step, from Padmasana lifts to the full expression of the pose, building your strength and confidence.

Listen to what our students have to say. Their experiences of growth, the supportive environment, and the quality of teaching speak for themselves. We are proud to see them transform in just a short time.

Leading a large class on International Day of Yoga is a reminder of our shared purpose. Whether in a big group or a small class, my focus is always on guiding each student toward a healthier body and a more balanced life.

Do you have shoulder stiffness from long hours at the office? I teach practical yoga exercises to relieve common problems. Using a simple strap or towel, you can perform these movements to release tension and correct your posture.

Correct alignment is everything. Jabardasti bilkul nahi (no forcing). Here, I am providing a gentle adjustment in Utthita Parsvakonasana to help the student find the right extension and balance, which is a cornerstone of my teaching method.

About Featured

I focus on the mechanics of movement before the pose itself. In my 200-hour training, we use props like blocks, chairs, and ropes for every student, not because you are limited, but to ensure your body understands the correct alignment safely. My goal is to help you move with awareness so you can build a sustainable practice that lasts a lifetime.

Our Approach to Yoga Teacher Training

Yoga is not just about flexibility. It is about discipline, philosophy, and the intelligence of the breath. At our Rishikesh school, we move away from commercial, fast-paced courses to focus on the traditional path. Whether you are pursuing our 200-hour foundational program or our 300-hour advanced course, you will learn the 'how' and 'why' behind every asana.

The 'No-Force' Philosophy

My primary rule is simple: Jabardasti bilkul nahi (no forcing). We use props from the Iyengar tradition—bricks, chairs, and belts—to modify postures to your specific body type. If you have tight hamstrings or a stiff back, we do not push; we support. This method prevents injury and allows you to deepen your practice slowly, with control.

What You Will Learn

  • Asana & Alignment: Mastery of Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series.
  • Shatkarma: Ancient cleansing techniques like Jala Neti to purify the system.
  • Anatomy & Philosophy: Understanding how your body works and the wisdom behind the practice.
  • Breath Control: Advanced Pranayama to manage energy and calm the mind.

Life in Rishikesh

You will live the yogic life in Tapovan, Rishikesh, just a short walk from the Ganga. Our residential packages include Sattvic meals—simple, digestive-friendly Indian food—and a supportive 'YogaFamily' vibe. You are here to learn, but you will leave with a community. Karma karte raho. Put in the work, and the transformation will follow.
