Forget the Instagram-perfect poses. Our 200-hour teacher training is for those ready to study philosophy, alignment, and the true roots of yoga. We don't teach you to instruct; we help you understand.

The auspicious beginning of our 200-hour TTC. We start with the traditional lighting of the lamp and a unifying chant, setting a sacred tone for the intensive training ahead. This marks the first step on the path from student to teacher.

Our TTC students learn the Iyengar-inspired use of props to achieve precise alignment and deeper expression in asanas. This clip shows the focus on 'sharira sadhana' (physical discipline), ensuring our trainees develop a safe and intelligent personal practice.

TTC students chant "Om Sahana Vavatu," a mantra for harmonious learning between teacher and student. Our training is a collaborative journey, and this chant reinforces the spirit of mutual growth and respect that we foster in our courses.

The study of philosophy and mantras is central to our TTC. Here, students chant "Asato Ma Sadgamaya," a prayer for enlightenment. We equip our future teachers with not just physical skills, but also the profound wisdom of the yogic tradition.

About Teacher Training: The Path to Becoming a Guru

This program is not for those seeking a quick certificate to start a side-hustle. Our 200-hour teacher training is a rigorous immersion into sharira sadhana (physical discipline), anatomy, and traditional Vedic philosophy. You will spend as much time on the mat as you will in critical text analysis, learning how to use props to achieve precise alignment and studying the meaning behind every chant. This is where you find out if you are ready to be a guide, or just a practitioner.
