200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Saket
Start your journey on the path of truth with our 200-hour certified yoga teacher training. We focus on traditional Hatha, deep alignment, and philosophical study to help you become a confident, skilled instructor.
This is an overview of what my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course offers. From learning 67 traditional Hatha asanas and pranayama to studying yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, and Reiki, I prepare you to become a knowledgeable and balanced teacher.
My teacher training course includes detailed study and practice sessions. Here, students are engaged in both theoretical learning from our course manuals and practical discussions on teaching methodology.
A glimpse into the variety of asanas covered in our Ashtanga Yoga teacher training. This sequence includes Tree Pose for balance, Triangle Pose for opening the hips, and Warrior 1 for heart opening and strength.
Safety and correct form are my priorities. In this video, I am guiding a student through the preparatory stages of an inversion against the wall, a technique we use in our teacher training to build confidence and strength safely.
During our 200-hour course, we explore various asanas using props to deepen the practice. This video shows students working on backbends, forward folds, and core strengthening exercises as part of their daily training.
The practice of asana is a central part of my World International Yoga certified teacher training course. This silhouette shot captures a student moving through a sequence of standing poses, demonstrating the grace and strength cultivated here.
I teach my students the correct and safe posture for Sirsasana (Headstand), an essential inversion. Proper technique improves blood flow to the brain and face, enhances concentration, and is a key part of our certified curriculum.
Discipline and consistency are key. This video shows my students completing 60 rounds of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), a foundational practice in our course for building stamina, flexibility, and meditative focus.
