About Our Spaces: Rishikesh & Delhi
In Rishikesh, our shala is built for immersive, residential training with views that support deep study, while our Delhi studio in Rohini is equipped with specialized Iyengar-style rope walls and props for precise alignment. Both environments are kept simple and sattvic, ensuring no distractions while you focus on your asana, pranayama, and meditation practice.
A Home for Your Practice
My goal has always been to create environments where yoga feels natural. You won’t find fancy decor or distractions here. Instead, you get functional spaces designed to support the science of yoga.
Rishikesh: The Residential Immersion
Our Rishikesh school is located in the Tapovan area, within walking distance of the Ganga. This is where our 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training courses happen. The shala is spacious, catching the morning light, and designed for long hours of practice, chanting, and philosophy sessions. You live here with other students—sharing meals, clearing your mind, and immersing yourself in a daily regimen that starts at 6:00 AM. It is a simple, honest space, reflecting the traditional roots of our school.
Delhi: Studio for Daily Growth
Can't make it to the mountains? Our Delhi center in Rohini brings that same dedication to the city. It is not just a hall for rolling out a mat. We have installed rope walls, wooden blocks, and chairs—the tools necessary for fixing alignment and healing injuries like sciatica or chronic back pain. Whether you are coming for a weekend workshop or daily drop-in classes, the space is set up to help you break down complex poses safely.
Why Location Matters
Yoga is internal, but your surroundings influence your focus. In Rishikesh, the river and silence help you go inward. In Delhi, the well-equipped studio helps you address the stiffness that comes from modern city life. Both spaces are built to serve your practice, not the other way around.
Vyas Yoga Center
Namaste, I am Yogacharya Diwakar Vyas. My life is dedicated to teaching the traditional way of yoga, using props and alignment to make it safe for everyone. Whether you join me in Rishikesh for teacher training or visit our Delhi studio, my focus remains the same: helping you understand your body so you can practice without fear.
