Beyond Asana: Breath, Mind & Philosophy
Yoga is more than just physical postures. We guide you through pranayama (breath control) and meditation to calm the mind, and our philosophy classes explore the deep wisdom of yoga. Shwaas jeevan ka doosra naam hai (Breath is the second name of life).
Shatkarma: The Yogic Path to Purity
Our comprehensive curriculum includes the six ancient Shatkarma techniques for internal purification. We provide safe, guided instruction in practices like Jala Neti and Sutra Neti to cleanse the body and prepare it for deeper yogic experiences.
