200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher Training in Saket
Experience the disciplined path of traditional Hatha Yoga. Our certified training blends ancient philosophy with modern technique to build your foundation.
Welcome to my studio. Here, you will see a glimpse of our Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose) series practice during a 200-hour yoga teacher training session. I focus on precise instruction and synchronized movement to build strength, focus, and a deep understanding of each asana.
Listen to the experience of my student, Kunal Choudhary, who joined me for his own practice and went on to enroll in the teacher training course. He speaks about the changes he discovered in his body alignment, mobility, and mental peace at Adi Anant Yoga Studio.
This is the level of skill and flexibility you can aspire to achieve. Here, a student demonstrates Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana (Compass Pose), a deep hip-opener and spinal twist that requires dedication and proper guidance to master.
The culmination of your dedicated journey with me is a World Yoga Alliance recognized certification. I am honored to present Ms. Kritika Uppal with her 200-Hour Diploma, marking her as a certified yoga teacher ready to share her knowledge with the world.
My teaching is deeply rooted in the ancient philosophies of yoga. This illustration of Lord Shiva from one of our course texts represents the path of Shaivism, a core component of the philosophical studies in my training, guiding you toward self-realization.
There is immense power in practicing together. Here, my students work on Sirsasana (Headstand) as a group, building core strength, improving circulation, and supporting each other in their journey to master this king of asanas.
This course is not just about physical postures; it is about balancing your inner energy. This is a clip from our 7 Chakras Meditation session, a key part of the curriculum designed to teach you healing techniques for the mind and spirit.
I believe in providing personal, hands-on assistance to ensure every student understands the correct alignment and feels safe in their practice. Here, I am guiding a student to find stability and confidence in her Sirsasana (Headstand).
About Featured
Our 200-hour training is not just about completing a syllabus; it is about building a sustainable practice. Every graduate receives a lifetime license to practice at our Saket studio for free, meaning your alignment, breathing, and technique continue to evolve under my guidance long after you receive your certificate.
The foundation of this course is traditional Hatha Yoga, designed to take you from a practitioner to a teacher. We do not rush through the curriculum. Instead, we spend significant time in our alignment lab, using props like straps and wall ropes to ensure you understand the mechanics of every pose. You will master 67 specific asanas, including complex inversions and balancing postures.
Core Curriculum
- Philosophy: We study the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali to understand the moral and ethical framework of this discipline.
- Anatomy: You will learn the physiology of body locks, or Tri Bandhas, and how they influence the muscular and skeletal systems.
- Methodology: The training includes lesson planning, voice modulation, and hands-on adjustment techniques. You will learn how to structure a class that balances physical exertion with mental peace.

The course is non-residential, allowing you to immerse yourself in the training while maintaining your daily life in Delhi.
