Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
This is not about perfecting poses for social media. Our 200-hour TTC is a rigorous study of Hatha Yoga, alignment, and ancient philosophy, designed for those ready to teach, not just instruct.
(Hero Item) Our Teacher Training Course is built on a foundation of direct guidance. Here, we work closely with a student on Purna Ardha Matsyendrasana, focusing on the subtle mechanics of a deep spinal twist. This hands-on approach ensures you not only learn the posture but also understand the anatomy and alignment needed to teach it safely and effectively.
Listen to our student Sunaina share her journey through the TTC. She speaks about how the course went beyond asanas, building discipline, confidence, and a deeper relationship with herself. This is the transformation we aim for: not just certifying teachers, but nurturing a profound, personal sadhana.
Props are not a crutch; they are a tool for intelligence and precision. In our TTC, you will master the use of props like the chair for Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand). This method, inspired by the Iyengar tradition, makes complex inversions accessible and allows for a deeper, more therapeutic experience of the pose.
The energy of a group practicing in unison is powerful. Here, our TTC students move into Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), demonstrating strength and flexibility. We foster a supportive environment where students of all levels can challenge themselves, learn from one another, and celebrate collective progress.
Our course is an Arthashastra for yogis, a roadmap for life. In our philosophy sessions, we deconstruct ancient texts like the Panchatantra to understand timeless principles. Here, we explore 'Mitra Samprapti' (the gaining of allies), drawing parallels between the Ramayana and modern political diplomacy to make ancient wisdom practical and relevant.
Yoga is a discipline of the mind as much as the body. Our students practice Trataka, a yogic cleansing technique involving focused gazing on a candle flame. This powerful Shatkarma practice is integral to our curriculum, designed to cultivate concentration (Dharana) and prepare the mind for deeper meditative states.
We guide you to safely explore your physical boundaries. This is a student achieving Samakonasana (Center Splits) with the support of our rope wall. This demonstrates how we use specialized props to help you work towards advanced postures with correct alignment and integrity, building both flexibility and confidence.
About this collection
We don't teach to build followers; we teach to build teachers. In this course, you will spend as much time dissecting the anatomy of a twist or the geometry of a rope-supported inversion as you will practicing the flow. Expect rigorous peer-to-peer feedback sessions that strip away the comfort of the mat and force you to articulate your cues clearly.
Whether you are looking to pivot into a teaching career or simply want to anchor your personal sadhana in rigorous theory, our 200-hour program is designed for the long haul. We operate out of our Koramangala shala with a curriculum that rejects superficial trends. You will spend weeks immersed in Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, and Shatkarmas, guided by the same structure we use in our own practice.
We believe that to teach, one must first learn the art of self-correction. That is why our methodology is heavy on props—Iyengar-style wall ropes, chairs, and blocks aren't shortcuts, but essential tools for intelligence. You will learn to work with constraints, not fight against them. Philosophically, we move beyond generic notions and into the mechanics of life strategy, drawing on texts like the Panchatantra to understand the 'why' behind our choices. Upon completion, you receive an RYT 200 certification recognized by Yoga Alliance, but more importantly, you leave with the confidence to hold space for others without relying on scripts.
