Every significant journey begins with setting a pure intention. We commence our 300-hour training with a traditional Havan, a sacred fire ceremony to invoke blessings and purify the energy of our space and our minds for the path ahead.
Our training goes deep into the authentic practices of yoga, including the Shatkarmas or cleansing techniques. Here, our students learn Sutra Neti, an advanced yogic method for nasal purification that prepares the body and mind for deeper pranayama and meditation.

We combine six weeks of technical training in our Gurugram studios using Iyengar wall ropes for precision, with a five-day residential immersion in Rishikesh. You will not just learn asanas; you will experience the stillness of the Ganges and the rigour of Shatkarma cleansing, preparing you to teach with actual confidence rather than just reciting a manual.
Our 300-hour advanced program is designed for those who are ready to move beyond the basics and understand the science of yoga. We focus on the 'Andar ka badlav' (inner change), grounding the physical practice in the philosophy of the Yoga Sutras and the eight limbs of yoga.
The Hybrid Curriculum
We bridge the gap between studio discipline and spiritual immersion:
- Gurgaon Technical Training: We operate out of our studios in DLF Phase 4, Mayfield Garden, and Sector 57. This is where we break down alignment. You will learn to use Iyengar wall ropes, blocks, and straps to assist students safely, minimizing injury risks and maximizing posture correction.
- Rishikesh Immersion: The final leg of your training takes place in the foothills of the Himalayas. This 5-day residential stay is where we focus on meditation, pranayama, and connecting with the source of the practice.
Cleansing & Philosophy
We take Shatkarma (yogic cleansing) seriously. You will be guided through practices like Sutra Neti (nasal cleansing with a rubber catheter) and Jal Neti under supervision. These techniques are not meant for show; they are designed to clear the respiratory system, preparing the body for deeper pranayama and meditation.
Certification & Community
We are a Yoga Alliance International certified academy. Beyond the technical hours, we prioritize the 'Kula'—our community. You will participate in community Havan ceremonies and shared meals, ensuring you leave with a network of peers who are also committed to this path. Whether you intend to teach professionally or simply want to deepen your personal practice, this course provides the tools, the experience, and the discipline required.
