My Coaching Philosophy

I’m Vedant, and I coach powerlifters who want to push past their limits. My focus is on the big three lifts - squat, bench press, and deadlift. It’s not just about numbers, it’s about the grind. Some days you’ll miss lifts, some days you’ll feel unbeatable. I’m here for both.

Technique & Strength

We start with the basics. Squat technique coaching is a must, same for bench and deadlift. I’ll break down your lifts, fix your breathing, bracing, and body tension. If your squat depth is off or your deadlift feels stuck, we’ll sort it out. Eccentric control is something I hammer on - it’s boring but it works.

Competition Prep & Strategy

Getting ready for a meet? I’ll build a plan that fits your timeline, whether it’s 5 weeks or 20. Meet day strategy for powerlifting is all about smart attempt selection - sometimes I play it safe, sometimes we go big. I’ve handled lifters at local and international meets, so I know the drill. If you’re in Mumbai or nearby, I can be there in person.

Weight Cuts & Off-Season

Need to drop weight for a class? I’ve got a powerlifting weight cut protocol that works. You’ll lose kilos without losing strength. Off-season strength building is where we fix weak points and add muscle, so you come back better next time.

Real Life, Real Results

I coach everyone - students, moms, dentists. Life gets messy, injuries happen, but badhiya (great) progress comes from honest work. My athletes have won medals at every level, and some have added 75kg or more to their totals in months. We celebrate wins, learn from losses, and keep moving.

How We Train

Mostly online coaching, so I work with lifters all over. If you’re local, we can do in-person sessions for technique fixes. Chal (let’s go), let’s get stronger.

My Story

Hi, Vedant here. I’m a powerlifter and coach, but mostly, I’m someone who’s seen both the highs and the not-so-great days on the platform. I get it - the grind, the back pain, the missed lifts. We don’t just chase medals at Team Strength Mob, we chase growth. Whether it’s a Navi Mumbai guy winning in the UK, or a mom of twins becoming Asian champ, I’m here for the wins, the fails, and the brotherhood.

My Work

What I Do - I coach powerlifters for competitions - local, national, international. Meet prep, strength training transformation, injury rehab, and technical SBD coaching.

My Way of Coaching - I’m all about numbers and technique, but also about you. We celebrate, we learn, we get gritty. I’ll be there yelling 'Push push push!'

Who I Train - Anyone serious about getting stronger and competing. From juniors with back pain to masters level athletes fighting tough battles.

How We Work - We start from where you are. Sometimes it’s rehab, sometimes it’s a 12-week competition peaking strategy. It’s never a straight line, but we move forward.
