I don’t sugarcoat fitness. If you’re here for easy hacks or shortcuts, this isn’t for you. My approach is built on discipline, effort, and showing up - both in the gym and outside it. I coach athletes and everyday folks who want to be strong and fast, not just one or the other.
How Hybrid Coaching Works
My sessions mix strength and running integration so you build a body that’s powerful but also agile and resilient. Expect:
- Endurance runs that push your limits
- Track drills like high knees and bounding for speed and form
- Deadlifts, barbell rows, and sled work to build raw, functional power
- Agility and accessory work that targets real-world weaknesses
I keep things focused. No random workouts - everything is intentional, and every drill has a purpose.
