About Mastering the Squat
Most lifters lose the lift before the descent even begins because they lack a solid brace. We prioritize eccentric control—that slow, steady descent—to ensure you are not just falling into the hole, but owning it. I will break down your breathing and body tension so every rep, from your first warm up to your final PR, looks exactly the same.
Technical Precision on the Platform
Squatting is not just about moving weight from point A to point B. It is a technical skill. At Team Strength Mob, my coaching starts with a deep dive into your biomechanics. Whether you are struggling with hitting depth, losing tightness in the hole, or dealing with nagging back pain that disrupts your walkout, we address it.
I focus on the boring stuff that actually works:
- Breathing and Bracing: Learning how to create intra-abdominal pressure that protects your spine and provides a stable base.
- Eccentric Control: Using tempo work to eliminate energy leaks and ensure you are in control of the bar at every stage.
- Foot Pressure: Dialing in your stance to maximize leg drive out of the bottom.
Why Technique Matters
I have handled athletes at local state meets in Maharashtra and on the international stage. I have seen how a few centimeters of difference in bar path or a misplaced foot can mean the difference between a white light and a red light. If you are training in Mumbai, we can work on these corrections in person at the Palghar facility using competition grade combo racks and calibrated plates. For those training remotely across India, my frame by frame video analysis ensures you get the same level of technical feedback regardless of your location.
The Grind is the Goal
Powerlifting can be a selfish sport, but I believe in honest work. We do not look for shortcuts. We look for improvement, even if it is just a 2.5kg PR. If you are tired of stalling or wondering why your squat feels inconsistent, send me a message. Let's get to work and build your strength, one rep at a time. Chal, let's get stronger.
Vedant Pawnikar
I am Vedant, and I coach lifters who want to turn their squat from a weak point into their strongest asset. I will be the voice you hear when the bar feels heavy, giving you the specific cues to fix your brace and find your depth. If you are ready to stop guessing and start lifting with intent, we have work to do.
