About Sports Physiotherapy
Why We Do This
Getting injured sucks, simple as that. At DSSA, we aren't just about fixing pain - we want to make sure you avoid getting hurt in the first place. Our coaches and physios work together so you can train smart, not just hard, and we put a big focus on injury prevention for runners and all types of athletes.
Who’s Got Your Back
Our physio team is led by Dr. Sameer Mangwani and Dr. Raina Quinny - both super qualified and genuinely invested in making sport safer. Whether you’re a pro or just starting out, we treat every athlete’s journey as unique.
How We Work
- First, we go deep: full medical check, history, family stuff, and a bunch of movement tests. We look for those small things that usually get missed.
- Then, your coach and our physio team huddle and break down what’s going on with your body, so nothing gets overlooked.
- What you get isn’t a generic list of exercises. We build personalized athlete rehab plans, targeting the weak spots that could trip you up.
What You Can Expect
- Consults for specific injuries, recovery, or even pre-competition physiotherapy if you just want to feel sorted before a big event.
- If you want the whole deal, we handle everything: assessment to a custom injury-prevention plan.
We also run free online sessions, sharing tips and simple tricks for athletes. If you’re serious about staying injury-free, we’re here for it.
