- Time: 60 minutes of dedicated floor time per session.
- Flexibility: Rescheduling allowed with 24 hour notice.
Training Scope
- Primary Focus: Instruction on compound movements (Squats, Deadlifts, Lunges) utilizing machinery and free weights.
- Mobility Integration: Final 10 to 15 minutes dedicated to Yoga inspired stretching and spinal health.
- Form Correction: Hands on cues to ensure safety and maximum muscle engagement.
Support Structure
- Tracking: Structured monthly workout chart to monitor weights lifted and reps achieved.
- Exclusions: Gym membership fees and nutritional supplements are not included in this price.
Alpha Body Transformation (20 Sessions)
Frequency & Intensity
- Sessions: 20 Personal Training sessions per month, typically scheduled Monday to Friday.
- Target: High frequency split routines designed for rapid fat loss or event preparation.
Nutrition & Lifestyle
- Dietary Guidance: Advice on clean eating habits, detox protocols, and post workout nutrition.
- Accountability: Digital access for meal photo reviews and daily motivation.
- Measurements: Bi weekly weight checks, inch loss measurement, and physique tracking.
Advanced Training
- Skill Work: Progression towards advanced bodyweight movements and inversions.
- Content: Assistance with filming personal records for social media if desired.
Remote Fitness & Lifestyle Coaching
Program Structure
- Workout Plan: Customized schedule tailored to client's available equipment (Home or Commercial Gym).
- Guidance: Access to exercise video demonstrations to ensure correct movement patterns.
Virtual Supervision
- Form Analysis: Text or audio feedback on client submitted videos of major lifts.
- Weekly Check ins: One 15 to 20 minute video call per week to discuss progress and program adjustments.
Lifestyle Integration
- Nutrition: Macro nutrient breakdown goals and healthy habit stacking recommendations.
- Mobility: Specific yoga flows prescribed for off days to manage soreness.
- Support: Text support for quick queries regarding equipment or menu choices.

Why I Train
Strength is my way of showing up for myself. I genuinely believe lifting weights is self-care, and sometimes, honestly, it's better than chilling at a cafe or hitting a date. When I'm coaching, it's not just about looking fit - it's about feeling powerful inside out.
What Makes My Approach Different
I started out with Yoga, so I bring a bit of that 'work-in' vibe mixed with classic gym workouts. For me, it's about mental strength as much as physical. We'll work on connecting with your body, finding patience, and pushing limits without burning out. If you want a mind-body fitness approach, you'll get it.
How We Train Together
- Sessions are always one-on-one - I want you to get full attention.
- We train in a proper gym: free weights, machines, and bodyweight moves.
- Workouts focus on foundational strength. Compound strength exercises like deadlifts and squats are a regular part, plus leg day and building a back you can rely on.
- I also love mixing in bodyweight strength workouts, because mastering your own body is next-level.
Who I Help
Mostly, I train women. Whether you're just starting or you've been lifting for years, I help you feel at home in the weights section. I offer personal training Mumbai style if you're in Juhu, Bandra, Andheri, or close by. If you're not local, we can train online, no stress.
Beyond The Gym
Getting strong isn't just about gym time. I push for healthier eating too - I'm not a certified nutritionist but I do share tips and hacks that work for me. For me, it's all about committing to small changes that add up.

My Story
Hi, I’m Nikita – Bombay born, Juhu living, Scorpion soul (full of sting, but also soft). Solo life suits me, I earned it, and I’m loving my new place. Gym is my happy spot, weights before dates, always. I travel solo, chase sunsets, eat out, and find peace in nature. My niece and nephew, especially my buakijaan (my heartbeat), keep me real. Life’s all about balance – sass, sweat, and soft spots.
