Why I Train
Strength is my way of showing up for myself. I genuinely believe lifting weights is self-care, and sometimes, honestly, it's better than chilling at a cafe or hitting a date. When I'm coaching, it's not just about looking fit - it's about feeling powerful inside out.
What Makes My Approach Different
I started out with Yoga, so I bring a bit of that 'work-in' vibe mixed with classic gym workouts. For me, it's about mental strength as much as physical. We'll work on connecting with your body, finding patience, and pushing limits without burning out. If you want a mind-body fitness approach, you'll get it.
How We Train Together
- Sessions are always one-on-one - I want you to get full attention.
- We train in a proper gym: free weights, machines, and bodyweight moves.
- Workouts focus on foundational strength. Compound strength exercises like deadlifts and squats are a regular part, plus leg day and building a back you can rely on.
- I also love mixing in bodyweight strength workouts, because mastering your own body is next-level.
Who I Help
Mostly, I train women. Whether you're just starting or you've been lifting for years, I help you feel at home in the weights section. I offer personal training Mumbai style if you're in Juhu, Bandra, Andheri, or close by. If you're not local, we can train online, no stress.
Beyond The Gym
Getting strong isn't just about gym time. I push for healthier eating too - I'm not a certified nutritionist but I do share tips and hacks that work for me. For me, it's all about committing to small changes that add up.

My Story
Hi, I’m Nikita – Bombay born, Juhu living, Scorpion soul (full of sting, but also soft). Solo life suits me, I earned it, and I’m loving my new place. Gym is my happy spot, weights before dates, always. I travel solo, chase sunsets, eat out, and find peace in nature. My niece and nephew, especially my buakijaan (my heartbeat), keep me real. Life’s all about balance – sass, sweat, and soft spots.
My Work
Yoga & Fitness Sessions - I teach Hatha Yoga classes in Mumbai, online too. Strength training, personal coaching, and prenatal yoga also offered.
Yoga My Way - For me, yoga is a work-in. We make space, find peace, and practice mindful movement coaching.
