My athletes don't just lift; they compete and win on the global platform. From British Nationals to the Asian Championships, this is where disciplined preparation meets high-stakes performance.

Pooja's debut at the Asian Open in Turkey. Despite battling endometriosis, asthma, and a fever, she hit a 160kg squat, a 5kg bench press PR at 87.5kg, and a 175kg deadlift. Her grit defines what it means to be a champion.

Sharvari becoming the British National Champion just 12 weeks after a regional win. We added 20kg to her total, culminating in a 127.5kg squat, 72.5kg bench, and a 142.5kg deadlift to secure the gold.

About Forging Champions on the World Stage

When we step onto an international platform, the pressure is immense, but the strategy remains the same: manage the stress, hit the numbers, and execute. Whether it’s helping a lifter push through health barriers in Turkey or clinching gold at a debut national event, my job is to ensure you arrive at the meet ready to perform, regardless of the chaos leading up to the day.

From Local Gyms to International Podiums

Powerlifting competition is rarely a straight line. It is a mix of managing injuries, peaking at the right time, and handling the psychological weight of the platform. My approach to international coaching is rooted in being there for every variable—not just the weight on the bar.

What goes into meet prep?

  • Strategic Attempt Selection: We don't guess. We calculate your openers based on current fatigue and training history, ensuring you secure your total early while leaving room for PRs.
  • Technique Under Pressure: Your form will inevitably break down when you're nervous or tired. We drill cues until they become automatic, focusing on squat depth, bench press arch, and deadlift lockout mechanics.
  • Managing the Cut: Need to make a weight class? We use protocols that allow you to weigh in without sacrificing strength. I’ve helped athletes drop weight while maintaining their total, ensuring they compete in the right class.

The Reality of the Sport

Success on the world stage isn't just about the heavy lifts. It’s about being able to train through asthma, work around endometriosis, or navigate the logistical nightmare of international travel. I look for lifters who understand that the 'grind' is the job. If you are serious about competitive powerlifting and want a coach who analyzes your frame-by-frame movement and designs a peaking strategy that actually works, let’s talk. We don't chase medals for the sake of it—we chase the highest standard of your own potential.

I’m Vedant, and I’ve seen the highest highs of the sport with athletes who refuse to quit. I don't care about generic gym results; I care about the lifter who shows up to the platform ready to put everything on the line. Let’s get you competition-ready.
