- We focus on science-based strength training plans - squats, deadlifts, bench, the classics.
- Not into “Instagram workouts” – we stick to what’s proven.
- Short on time? I design workouts for busy folks - circuits, supersets, drop sets. 30-45 mins, full power.
- For women: weights won’t make you bulky. They’ll make you strong.
Eating: No Nonsense
- Carbs aren’t evil; extra calories are. We’ll find your actual needs.
- Personalized macro coaching for vegetarians too. Agar aap veg ho (if you’re veg), paneer, dal, rajma - sab chalega (all good).
- Busting myths – jaggery isn’t magic, gut health comes from basics like fiber and good sleep.
Supplements: Only What’s Needed
- Only recommend whey, creatine, omega-3, and essential vitamins if you need them. No magic powders.
