Eating: No Nonsense

  • Carbs aren’t evil; extra calories are. We’ll find your actual needs.
  • Personalized macro coaching for vegetarians too. Agar aap veg ho (if you’re veg), paneer, dal, rajma - sab chalega (all good).
  • Busting myths – jaggery isn’t magic, gut health comes from basics like fiber and good sleep.

Supplements: Only What’s Needed

My Story

Hey, I’m Shreyas. Wasn’t born fit, trust me. I used to weigh 135 kgs, felt like crap, ate junk, slept at odd hours. Life was a mess. Then I figured, it’s not about looks, it’s about health. Changed my habits, bit by bit. Been at this for 11 years now, helping folks ditch fad diets and actually enjoy life. Fitness gave me my confidence back, and now I trek, play sports, and eat proper food. I’ve helped hundreds do the same.
