I’m Kavish. No filters, no trending tracks, just raw footage and the grind. If you want to get bigger, stronger, or faster, I’m here for it. Doesn’t matter if you’re a newbie or already jacked - we get after it.

My Approach: Stabilise. Execute.

I keep it simple. We nail perfect form, then push hard. You’ll hit that pain barrier, and I’ll be right there, because that’s where the real growth kicks in. If you’re not ready to dig deep, this isn’t for you. Mental toughness is as important as physical strength.

  • Powerlifting techniques for raw strength - squats, deadlifts, all the gear, all the grind.

  • Start with mobility and prep - never jump in cold.
  • Main lifts - focus, form, intensity.
  • Advanced workout protocols like drop sets and training to failure. NOT DONE. REST. DROP. GO.

Fueling Up

Training’s half the battle. I’ll help you dial in nutrition for strength athletes - macros, satiety, smart supplements, hydration. Been through the cuts myself, so I know what works.

The Studio

We train in a legit, fully-equipped space. Power racks, barbells, specialty machines, all the accessories. The walls say GRIND for a reason. If you’re ready, let’s get to work.

My Story

Alright, so I’m not just that dude yelling ‘one more rep’ at you. I’m also the guy who cheers for Man Utd (even when they lose), eats like a beast, and gets way too into UFC fights and poker nights. I love balance - smashing weights, then smashing steaks. Gym life’s cool, but you’ll catch me living outside it too. If you need a coach who’s as real as his appetite, I’m your guy.
