- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes.

- Capacity Test: Evaluation of work capacity through advanced techniques like drop sets and tempo work.
Facility Access
- Entry Fee Included: Covers the drop-in charge for Impact MMA (no membership required for this session).
- Equipment: Access to professional grade racks, platforms, and dumbbells.
1-on-1 Strength Coaching (12 Sessions)
Training Structure
- Frequency: 12 personal training sessions per month (3 days per week).
- Program Design: Custom hypertrophy or strength blocks based on progressive overload.
- Technique: Real-time tactile cues and video analysis for safety under heavy loads.
- Spotting: Professional assistance for heavy compound movements to ensure training to failure safely.
Nutrition & Support
- Diet Plan: Custom calorie and macronutrient breakdown (protein, fats, carbs) for cutting or bulking.
- Food Guide: Recommendations on whole food sources and supplement stacks (electrolytes, creatine, whey).
- Monitoring: Weekly check-ins on weight trends and adherence.
Facility & Terms
- Location: Training at Impact MMA, Colaba using professional functional rigs and plates.
- Membership Policy: Gym membership fees are paid separately to the facility and are not included in this coaching price.

Training’s half the battle. I’ll help you dial in nutrition for strength athletes - macros, satiety, smart supplements, hydration. Been through the cuts myself, so I know what works.
The Studio
We train in a legit, fully-equipped space. Power racks, barbells, specialty machines, all the accessories. The walls say GRIND for a reason. If you’re ready, let’s get to work.
