My Approach

I keep things raw and real - fitness isn’t a shortcut, it's a grind. I mix up MMA fitness training, kickboxing, and cross training so you build real strength and not just show muscles. My sessions are about pushing your limits, improving your focus, and making sure your mind gets tough along with your body.

Transformation Results

I run a 3 months fat loss challenge that’s not for the lazy. Some folks in my MMA Fitness Zone Family have dropped 18 to 32kg of pure fat - all naturally. The truth? Only those who actually commit see these numbers. If you’re not ready to give your 100%, you’ll probably fall off. No sugarcoating - dedication is everything.

What Happens in Training

  • Every session has functional training, kickboxing workout sessions, and cross training.
  • You’ll sweat with battle ropes, kettlebells, BOSU balls, TRX, and more.
  • Core strength improvement is a must. Planks, core punch survival challenges, and more to sort out your base.
  • If you have issues like neck hump or knee pain, I use corrective exercise for posture and mobility - not just ignoring pain.
  • You can come solo for personal training or join the group crew for extra motivation.

My Story

Gold Medalist, certified Black Belt, but mostly, I’m just your coach here at MMA Fitness Zone. This gym’s my second home, my family. Watching students drop 20-30 kg, win medals (21 in one district tourney!), that’s what makes me proud. I love escaping to Rishikesh, dipping in Maa Ganga, or chilling in Gulmarg snow with my partner, but my heart’s always here with my fighters – kids, women, future champs, everyone’s journey fuels me.
