About Team Strength Mob: Podiums & Wins

Competition prep is rarely a straight line. It is about smart attempt selection and handling pressure on the day, whether you are at your first local meet or on an international stage. I do not just write programs; I am in the trenches with you to ensure your training volume and intensity translate to actual numbers on the platform.

Success on the podium is the result of thousands of hours in the gym, but winning is also about how you handle the days where things go wrong.

At Team Strength Mob, my focus is on the long game. Whether it is an athlete like Pooja fighting through thoracic endometriosis to pull a 201kg deadlift or Shweta proving that you can start competing in your Masters years, the common thread is grit. We do not look for shortcuts. We look at biomechanics, bracing, and the mental strength required to hit your openers when the lights are on.

My coaching style for competitions is hands-on and data-driven:

  • Strategic Peaking: We work backward from your meet date to ensure you are recovered and ready to move the most weight.
  • Attempt Selection: I handle the math so you can focus on lifting. We choose openers that build confidence and third attempts that challenge your limits.
  • Technical Consistency: We fix energy leaks in your Squat, Bench, and Deadlift (SBD) months before the meet so that technique holds up under fatigue.

Powerlifting is a demanding sport, both physically and mentally. I work with athletes who are serious about their total, but also care about their long-term health. If you are tired of generic fitness templates and want a plan built for competition, let's talk about your next meet.
