Monthly Competitive Training
Schedule & Facility
- 12 sessions per month delivered 3 days a week.
- 60 to 75 minutes per session of high intensity instruction.
- Training in an air conditioned studio with professional injury prevention EVA mats.
Core Curriculum
- Tactical Kyorugi (sparring) training based on National Referee scoring standards.
- Poomsae (forms) correction for stance, breath control, and precision.
- Self defense techniques focusing on blocks and strikes for real world scenarios.
Coaching & Conditioning
- Direct supervision by Master Sachin Kumar (4th Dan Black Belt, Kukkiwon Certified).
- Agility training using ladders and steppers for footwork speed.
- Strength conditioning including bodyweight drills and partner resistance exercises.
Quarterly Development Program
Progression Structure
- Access to 36 training sessions spread over a 3 month block.
- Intensive syllabus coverage specifically for rank/belt promotion exams.
- Long term tracking of flexibility, stamina, and sparring reaction time.
Tournament Focus
- Training cycles aligned with District and State level championship calendars.
- Consistent exposure to live sparring drills to build ring confidence.
- Education on World Taekwondo (WT) rules and ethical competition to avoid fouls.
Facility Access
- Full usage of academy striking targets, heavy bags, and safety mirrors.
- Dedicated changing areas and safe training flooring usage.
Registration & Uniform Kit
Starter Gear
- One high quality WT style V neck uniform (Dobok) with academy branding.
- Standard White Belt included for beginners.
- Student identification badge or uniform patch.
Enrollment Status
- Lifetime registration in the academy student database.
- Eligibility validation for official Kukkiwon certification tracks.

Why I Coach
Taekwondo isn't just a sport for me - it's a way to shape both mind and body. The real strength starts upstairs; usko mental fitness bolte hain (that's what we call mental fitness). If you're aiming for tournaments, you need more than just kicks.
How I Build Competitors
I focus on every corner of your game. My approach goes deep:
- Mindset first. In a match, ghabrana nahi hai (don't panic). I make sure my students stay sharp, use their heads, and keep cool under pressure.
- Elite Taekwondo sparring techniques. We drill live sparring, aggressive tactics, and real defensive moves. Kicking is just the start - it's about smart positioning and knowing when to push.
- Ethical fighting matters. I train you to score points, not hurt people. We target legal zones and play by the rules, always.
- Conditioning is tough here. Expect to sweat - speed, stamina, balance, and explosive power get built with ladders, cones, resistance drills, and a lot of "Hana! Dul! Set!" echoing in the hall.
What Sets My Coaching Apart
- As a certified referee, I teach you how to impress judges and understand scoring - referee ki soch samjho (learn how referees think).
- I've trained in Korea, so I bring tournament-ready Taekwondo training and international techniques to every session.

My Story
Namaste, we’re Paatliputraa Taekwondo Academy. Some call us coach, some master, but honestly, we’re just martial arts junkies. Our roots go deep – Kukkiwon certified, 4th Dan, trained in South Korea. Taakat dimaag se aati hai (strength is from the mind), that’s our mantra. We push for mental fitness, not just kicks and punches. Whether it’s Mumbai dojang or biking through South India, learning never stops. Discipline, travel, and chasing Taekwondo perfection – that’s what you’ll get with us.
My Work
Taekwondo Training for All Ages - We teach kids, teens, and adults – full Taekwondo, from sparring drills to Poomsae and self-defense.
High-Energy Classes with Korean Commands - Expect a mix of Hana! Dul! Set! and clear English/Hindi instructions. We use ladders, rings, balance pods for agility.
Practical Self-Defense Workshops - No rules here – we train you for real-life situations. Panic mat karo (don’t panic), react and protect yourself.
Belt Promotion & Competition Prep - We prep students for belt tests and state/national championships. Technique and confidence are key.
Corporate Self-Defense Training - Special workshops for offices – practical self-defense anyone can use, no martial arts background needed.
