As a coach, my job is to break down the technique so it becomes second nature. Here, I'm explaining the mechanics of stance switching to a group, ensuring every student understands the 'why' behind the movement.
Friday is sparring day. This is where technique meets pressure. I supervise these sessions closely to make sure students are applying what they've learned, testing their skills and building their ring intelligence in a safe environment.
Pad work is a conversation between the fighter and the coach. It’s all about rhythm, speed, and reaction. In this drill, we are sharpening combinations and defensive head movement until it's sharp and instinctive.
Strength is not given, it is earned. Our conditioning drills, like these weighted planks and knuckle push-ups, are designed to build the core strength and physical toughness required to be a boxer.
I teach different boxing styles to give my students an edge. Here, I'm demonstrating a side-move drill from the Peek-a-boo style, focusing on how to create angles and evade the opponent's attack.
Quick feet win fights. We dedicate a lot of time to footwork and agility drills like these ladder exercises. Good balance and fast movement are the foundation of both a strong offense and a solid defense.
This is what the hard work leads to. Seeing my student on the podium after winning a bronze medal at the REC Open Talent Hunt is a proud moment. It's a testament to his dedication and the process we trust.

This is the reality of our training space: a raw, industrial facility with no air conditioning, just heavy bags and intense focus. Whether you are here for weight loss or to compete at the national level, the intensity of our drills remains the same. You will practice footwork, shadow boxing, and pad work until these movements become muscle memory. If you are looking for a commercial gym with polished mirrors, this is not it. If you want to learn the science of fighting and are willing to put in the effort, you are in the right place.

My classes run six days a week, covering both morning and evening batches. We do not use elevated rings; we train on EVA foam mats, focusing on the fundamentals that actually win matches. Your session will typically include:
- Conditioning: Bodyweight exercises and plyometrics to build fight-specific endurance.
- Technical Drills: One-on-one pad work and shadow boxing to sharpen your reflexes and punching combinations.
- Sparring: Supervised Saturday sessions where you apply your skills in a controlled environment.
