Sparring isn't just fighting; it is where your training gets tested. In our ring, we prioritize technique, control, and tactical awareness to help you grow as a disciplined fighter.

During sparring, my job is to guide from the outside. I'm calling out instructions, reminding them to control their power, keep their combinations flowing, and not to back up straight.
