Foundation Group Training
Training Structure
- Format: Large group coaching (15-20 students) overseen by Coach Anil Solanki.
- Schedule: 6 days a week (Mon-Sat), approximately 90 minutes per evening session.
- Focus: Building high-volume cardio and learning basic boxing stance and guard.
Conditioning & Drills
- Workouts: Extensive outdoor running on pavers and bodyweight exercises like push-ups and burpees on communal mats.
- Equipment: Access to multiple Cult.fit heavy punching bags for power drills.
- Team Activities: Group stamina building activities like tug-of-war.
Facility
- Environment: Semi-open shed with natural ventilation (no AC).
- Ring Access: Basic movement drills inside the full-sized elevated ring.
Advanced Competition Training
Professional Coaching
- Mentorship: Direct hands-on instruction and personalized pad work with Head Coach Anil Solanki.
- Strategy: Instruction on ring craft, distance management, and defensive maneuvers.
- Support: Corner-side coaching support during local and inter-state tournaments.
Advanced Combat
- Sparring: Full-contact sparring inside the ring with protective gear and round-by-round coaching.
- Intensity: Option for double sessions (Morning & Evening) during pre-competition phases.
- Target: Preparation for state and national level events like Khelo India.
Elite Conditioning
- Apparatus: Use of 20ft climbing rope for explosive upper body power.
- Circuits: Advanced endurance drills designed to last 3 rounds of high-pace boxing.
- Environment: Training alongside state and national medalists.

What My Training Feels Like
Boxing here isn’t about looking good for Instagram. I run a proper training ground. No AC, no distractions - just sweat, mitts, and focus. I ask for total commitment, because that’s what makes real boxers stand out.
How I Coach
I believe in hard work, discipline, and pushing limits. You’ll hear me calling out, 'Thoda aur, thoda aur' (a little more, a little more) - because that last rep or final round is what makes a champion. Every session mixes technique, fitness, and mental strength.
- Advanced sparring drills and ring craft - I’m in the ring, coaching each punch and footwork move. We spar regularly, replicating real match pressure.
- Strength and stamina - Rope climbs, heavy bag work, floor drills, and team games. Sab kuch milega (you’ll get everything) to build a complete athlete.
- Boxing fitness program - From sprints to burpees, you’ll feel every muscle work.
- Mental toughness in boxing - I don’t just train the body. I’ll push your mind to handle setbacks, nerves, and pressure.
Who Should Join
If you’re a young athlete (ladka ya ladki, boy or girl) ready to put in real work and chase that podium finish, this is for you. I’ll guide you from first jab to your first medal. And jab tum jeetoge, main sabse zyada khush hounga (when you win, I’ll be the happiest).

My Story
I’m Anil Solanki, but most just call me Coach. Our place, Delhi Rural Boxing Academy, isn’t fancy—just a ring, bags and open space. Yahan bas mehnat aur junoon chahiye (Here, only hard work and passion needed). We shout, we laugh, we play tug of war. When Lakshmi grabs gold at Khelo India, that’s my win too. Boys, girls, everyone—one team, one family. My language? Whatever gets you moving. The best is yet to come.
My Work
Boxing & Fitness Training - We teach boxing basics to competitive levels and build overall stamina and strength for all ages.
Akhada Style, No-Frills Training - No fancy gear, just real akhada style boxing training. If you want results, come ready for tough work.
Champion Preparation - We train for competitions like Khelo India. My students win medals, and I’m in their corner every round.
All Are Welcome - Girls, boys, sub-juniors, seniors—everyone trains together. It’s a team-based fitness training environment.
Hands-On Coaching - I’m always there—showing combos, pushing you harder. Thoda aur, thoda aur! (A little more!)
