What My Training Feels Like
Boxing here isn’t about looking good for Instagram. I run a proper training ground. No AC, no distractions - just sweat, mitts, and focus. I ask for total commitment, because that’s what makes real boxers stand out.
How I Coach
I believe in hard work, discipline, and pushing limits. You’ll hear me calling out, 'Thoda aur, thoda aur' (a little more, a little more) - because that last rep or final round is what makes a champion. Every session mixes technique, fitness, and mental strength.
- Advanced sparring drills and ring craft - I’m in the ring, coaching each punch and footwork move. We spar regularly, replicating real match pressure.
- Strength and stamina - Rope climbs, heavy bag work, floor drills, and team games. Sab kuch milega (you’ll get everything) to build a complete athlete.
- Boxing fitness program - From sprints to burpees, you’ll feel every muscle work.
- Mental toughness in boxing - I don’t just train the body. I’ll push your mind to handle setbacks, nerves, and pressure.
Who Should Join
If you’re a young athlete (ladka ya ladki, boy or girl) ready to put in real work and chase that podium finish, this is for you. I’ll guide you from first jab to your first medal. And jab tum jeetoge, main sabse zyada khush hounga (when you win, I’ll be the happiest).
