At Shaheed Bhagat Singh Boxing Academy, rukna nahi hai (no stopping here). I train only those who want to compete in the ring - not casual gym-goers, but real fighters aiming for district, state, or national tournaments. If your goal is to stand on the podium, this is the place where you get the skills and grit.
How I Train Champions
- Technique and conditioning rule everything. You’ll work on real sparring in a full-sized ring, technical pad work, and footwork drills like agility ladders and cones. The aim - your instincts get sharp and your movement gets explosive.
- Power is built through hours of heavy bag work and shadow boxing. For stamina, I use boxing-specific conditioning like tire flips, battle ropes, and box jumps. Expect sprints, jump rope, and high-intensity intervals that push you past your limits.
Results That Speak
My students have won 25 medals (18 Gold, 7 Silver) at the Open Delhi Boxing Championship. We train for pathways like Boxing Federation of India and Khelo India - this is proper amateur boxing preparation, not just fitness.
For All Ages
Kids and youth are a big focus. Boys, girls, sabke liye hai (for everyone). I shout 'Shabash, beta!' (well done, child!) because I see the fire in them. Discipline, skill, and confidence start early here.
