Preparation for competition happens long before the actual fight. We treat sparring as a tactical puzzle, not a brawl. Our training cycle integrates:

• Conditioning: Building the gas tank required for three rounds of intense activity.
• Technical Sparring: Learning how to read an opponent and apply specific combinations under pressure.
• Mental Fortitude: Managing the nerves and maintaining composure in the corner.
