Standard 12 Session Pack
Schedule & Logistics
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Total 12 sessions per month).
- Duration: 60 minutes of non-stop instruction per slot.
- Timing: Slots typically available in mornings (6 AM - 10 AM) or evenings (4 PM - 8 PM).
The Training Mix
- Warm-up: 10 mins of dynamic footwork using neon agility cones or floor ladders setup on your floor.
- Striking: 25 mins of pad work. You learn combos on red/black focus mitts or large orange kick shields.
- Conditioning: 15 mins of bodyweight strength (pushups, squats) using green/yellow resistance tubes.
Trainer & Setup
- Kit Bag: Trainer brings all portable gear including gloves, pads, and skipping ropes.
- Space: Adaptable to living rooms (moving coffee tables), rooftops, or neighborhood parks.
Intensive 20 Session Pack
High Intensity Schedule
- Frequency: 5 sessions per week (Mon-Fri), totaling ~20-22 sessions.
- Focus: High volume combat cardio designed for weight loss and stamina building.
Advanced Training Tools
- Sparring: Light contact technical sparring using shin guards to simulate fight scenarios.
- Desi Strength: Introduction to functional tools like the Gada (Macebell) or Kettlebells for rotational power.
- Drills: Extended rounds of shadow boxing and high-repetition burpees.
Coaching & Diet
- Nutrition: Basic 'Desi' diet advice provided (instructions on Roti, Rice, Chana, Eggs intake).
- Style: Stricter coaching style to push past fatigue.
- Analysis: Periodic video recording of form to correct guard and stance.
Duo / Couple Training
Logistics
- Capacity: Strictly for 2 people training simultaneously at the same venue.
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (12 sessions per month).
- Space Needed: Requires approx 10x10 ft clear space (terrace or large room) for safety.
Partner Curriculum
- Drills: One person punches while the other dodges/blocks.
- Pad Holding: Trainer teaches you how to hold pads for your partner.
- Competition: Relay drills, plank challenges, and races using agility cones.
Equipment Management
- Gear: Trainer brings 2 pairs of gloves; striking pads are rotated between participants.
- Attention: Coach alternates focus between correcting active form and monitoring static holds (squat holds).

Training Where You Live
I don’t do fancy gyms. I come straight to your home, rooftop, or even the park nearby. This is personal training with full focus on you. No crowds, no waiting for equipment - just us, and your goals.
What I Offer
- Private martial arts coaching at home - Boxing, Kickboxing, Karate, Muay Thai, and real self-defense. I’ll teach you to look someone in the eye and fight. Aankhon mein dekh ke fight kar! (Look into the eyes and fight!)
- General fitness - Think functional strength training for beginners or anyone wanting to build muscle, lose weight, or get fit. We work on cardio, core, agility, and overall power.
- Gymnastics & flexibility - We’ll do headstands, backbends, serious stretching. Your body will move easier, feel stronger.
Who Can Train
Kids, teens, adults - I train anyone who is serious. Doesn’t matter if you’re new or already fit. I build discipline and real confidence.
How Sessions Work
I travel across Tilak Nagar, Janakpuri, Rajouri Garden. You just show up with dedication. I bring the equipment - focus mitts, kick pads, resistance bands.
My Philosophy
Mera goal seedha hai (My goal is straightforward) - I push you hard, demand more, and want you to break your own limits. You’ll sweat, maybe curse me, but when you feel the power in your hands, bahut maza aata hai (it’s very enjoyable). Only the dedicated become champions. Tabhi champion banoge. Simple. My Story
Namaste, main Gopi – MMA Tigers ka coach. Log mujhe Gopi sir bulate hain. Saalon se fighters bana raha hoon, chota bachha ho ya koi adult, sabke andar ek fighter chhupa hai. Jab student ring mein confident hota hai, ya koi 8 kilo kam karke energetic feel karta hai, wahi asli khushi hai. Strict hoon, zor se bolta hoon, lekin asli taakat tapne se hi aati hai. Mehnat karni padegi, yahan shortcut nahi.

All martial arts and fitness training - MMA, Karate, Kickboxing, Boxing, Gymnastics, Taekwondo, Self-Defence, BJJ, Judo, Kung-Fu, Nutrition - sab kuch yahan.
Classes for kids and adults - Chote bachhe (3-6), juniors (7-12), teens (13-17), adults - sabke liye alag training, confidence aur self-defence.
Weight loss kickboxing and fitness - Sirf fighting nahi, weight loss, discipline, aur energetic feel ke liye bhi training hoti hai.
Real life street defence focus - 'Tez maarna' sikhaata hoon, training tough hai, taaki road pe bhi kaam aaye.
Personal MMA training at home - Academy nahi aa sakte? Ghar pe bhi training available hai – personal attention milta hai.
