Core Training

- Drills: Includes tractor tire flips, heavy nylon battle rope waves, and agility ladder drills.
- Duration: 45 to 60 minutes per session.
- Access: Participation in scheduled morning or evening group slots.
Facility & Equipment
- Flooring: High-density foam puzzle mats for shock absorption.
- Environment: Non-climate controlled environment with wall fans and basic AC.
- Gear: Shared access to medicine balls, cones, and basic iron plates.
Support Level
- Guidance: General floor supervision by the head coach or assistants (no 1-on-1 spotting).
- Nutrition: Standard generic printed nutrition chart.
1-on-1 Gym Personal Training
Personalized Coaching
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (12 sessions per month).
- Attention: 100% dedicated supervision during the hour with spotting for every lift.
- Focus: Heavy compound lifting (Deadlifts, Squats, Overhead Press) with strict form correction.
- Tracking: Weekly weight check-ins and body measurement tracking.
Nutrition & Planning
- Diet Plan: Custom calorie-counted plan tailored to home-cooked meals (Roti/Rice/Dal).
- Revisions: Diet adjustments made every 2 weeks based on progress.
Facility Access
- Membership: Includes unlimited access to the gym floor for cardio or self-workouts on non-PT days.
- Equipment: Priority usage of the squat rack and heavy dumbbells during booked sessions.
At-Home Private Training

- Location: Training conducted at the client's residence (living room, terrace, or park).
- Travel: Includes coach's travel costs within a 3-5km radius of Saket.
- Scheduling: Flexible slot booking based on client availability.
Equipment Provided
- Portable Gear: Coach brings agility hurdles, resistance bands, focus pads, and cones.
- Requirement: No client-owned home gym equipment is necessary.
Workout Style
- Hybrid Training: Mix of kickboxing drills for cardio, calisthenics, and flexibility work.

For me, asli jeet (real victory) starts in the mind. Most people think fitness is just about muscles, but I believe the toughest battle is with that choti si awaaz (little voice) inside that tells you to quit. My coaching is all about helping you win over that, every single day.
What My Coaching Feels Like
I'm more like a mentor than just a trainer. Yahan, there’s no shortcut. Mehnat toh puri karni padegi (You’ll have to put in full effort). In my opinion, losing isn’t losing - har baar kuch naya seekhne ko milta hai (every loss is just learning something new).
Training Options
- One-on-one strength training: Focus on basics, form, and building real power. I work closely with you, whether you're a beginner or training your kid.
- Personalized weight loss coaching: We skip fads. Expect intense cardio, a nutrition plan from me, and steady, real changes like better sleep and less junk cravings.
- Functional fitness routines: My group cross-fitness classes are tough—battle ropes, tire flips, drills, all for real-world strength.
- Kickboxing for stamina: Boxing and kickboxing sessions to boost focus and core strength.

My Story
Mission Olympic, that’s the dream. For me, Taekwondo isn’t just kicks and punches, yaar. Padhai hi keval jeevan thodi hai? (Is studying the only thing in life?) Real fight is inside, asal jeet uss awaaz ko harane mein hai (true victory is beating that voice inside). I was a player, now I live my dream through my students, my chota champions. Awards mil gaye, but real award is confidence in their eyes. Bas yahi chaiye, aur kuch nahi.
