When I train you at home, I am not just counting reps. I am fixing your stance, correcting your punch, and making sure your guard is tight. Whether we are on your terrace or in your living room, my focus is on technique because real power comes from form, not just sweat. If you cannot do a proper roundhouse or hold your core, we go back to basics until your body listens.
I treat your living room like a competition ring. My training philosophy is simple: you have to push to become a champion.
Why At-Home Training Works
Many people think you need a fancy gym to build a fighter's physique. That is a myth. When I bring the training to your space, we cut out the commute and the excuses.
- Striking & Defense: Whether it is Boxing or Kickboxing, we work on heavy bag drills and pad work. We focus on 'Tez maarna' (hitting harder) and keeping your guard up so it is effective for self-defense.
- Conditioning: My sessions include functional strength training with kettlebells and maces. This is how we build explosive, real-world power that carries over into your daily life.
- Gymnastics & Flexibility: Control is strength. My gymnastics drills—headstands, backbends, and balance work—are designed to make your body move easier and prevent injuries.
Who This Is For
I coach anyone who is serious. I work with kids in Tilak Nagar and Janakpuri, helping them build the discipline and confidence that school sometimes misses. I also work with busy adults who need high-intensity weight loss or stress relief but cannot make it to a commercial gym.
My setup is mobile. If you have a rooftop or a clear corner in your living room, that is all I need. We will use agility cones, focus mitts, and resistance bands to turn your home into a training ground. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start building your potential, let us get to work.
