Training Regime

- Drills: Army crawl on mats, wheelbarrow walks, and repetitive bodyweight circuits.
- Karate: Instruction in Basics, Forms, and Sparring by a 3rd Dan Black Belt.

- Tools: Access to traditional Gada (Mace), heavy climbing ropes, and truck tires.

Seedhi Baat: Fitness Ka Asli Matlab
Yahan hawa mein baatein nahi hoti. Main sidha bolta hoon - yeh jagah unke liye hai jo sach mein mehnat karna chahte hain. Mera focus hai functional strength training for martial artists, matlab aisi taakat jo zindagi mein kaam aaye, sirf dikhawa nahi.
Mera Tarika
Main woh coach nahi hoon jo bas bolta rahe. Main khud har drill, har exercise aapke saath karta hoon. Jitna aapka pasina niklega, utna mera bhi. Discipline yahin se aata hai, aur asli limit tabhi pata chalti hai jab main bhi aapke saath ground pe hoon.
Training Mein Kya Hota Hai?
- Karate-based fitness drills aur modern exercises ka mix hai.
- Bodyweight training: push-ups, squats, fauji chaal (soldier's crawl), sab kuch.
- Partner drills aur group workouts - training boring nahi hoti.
- Equipment: traditional gada (mace), dumbbells, resistance bands, rassi (climbing ropes) sab milta hai.
- Endurance training for fighters: 3 km running, 1000 punches, 500 kicks, hurdles, tire jumps, rassi koodna (jump rope).
- Core strengthening martial arts drills: crunches, leg raises, partner core work - kyunki core strong toh sab strong.
Kiske Liye Hai?
Jo mehnat se nahi darta, chahe bachcha ho ya bada, ladka ya ladki. Ladkiyon ke liye alag batch bhi hai. Bas himmat honi chahiye.

Mera naam Sikandar Phore hai, Delhi-Haryana ka banda hoon. Karate mere liye sirf sport nahi, pura jeevan hai bhai. Isliye Karate Gurukul shuru kiya - yahan sirf mehnat karne wale tikte hain. Maa ka aashirwad, guruon ki seekh, aur apni mehnat pe bharosa hai. Jo seekha, wahi bachon ko sikhaata hoon - discipline, respect, haar na maanna. Jai Shri Ram, baaki sab theek.
My Work
Karate, Self-defense, Fitness aur Lathi Training - Bachon, badon sabko karate aur self-defense sikhata hoon. Girls ke liye alag batch. Fitness aur Lathi bhi sikhata hoon.
Karate Gurukul - Champions Ki Factory - Yahan sirf lagan se aana. Time pass nahi chalega. Discipline focused karate coaching milti hai.
