You’ve seen the photos; now understand the effort. Whether we are doing ladder drills in a park or pad work in your living room, the goal is always functional strength, not just looks. I focus on raw movement—using tyres for core power, cones for agility, and focus mitts to sharpen your reaction time. This isn't a gym where you stare at mirrors; this is where you learn to move like a fighter.
Training That Builds Fighters
Most people look for a gym to just 'work out'. If you train with me, we are looking to build a fighter. We move away from isolation exercises and repetitive weight lifting. Instead, we focus on combat-centric conditioning that translates into real-world strength and stamina.
Where We Train
My training isn't restricted by four walls. I bring the academy to you.
- Outdoor Sessions: We use local parks for agility cone drills, speed work, and endurance running.
- Home Training: I transform your living room or rooftop into a training zone. I bring all the gear—focus mitts, heavy kick shields, resistance tubes, and agility ladders.
The 'Desi' Approach
My method blends modern MMA techniques with traditional functional training. We use tools like the Gada (macebell) for rotational power and heavy tyre flips for explosive core strength. You won't find fancy machines here. You will find focus pads, shin guards, and constant correction on your form. If your guard is down or your stance is weak, I will correct it immediately.
Why This Method Works
I cater to everyone from kids in Tilak Nagar to adults across Delhi NCR.
- For Kids: We build discipline and basic coordination through Karate and Kickboxing drills.
- For Adults: We combine Boxing and BJJ for self-defense and high-intensity weight loss.
